Six years ago, Licensed Professional Counselor, Christine Wilson, had one question on her mind: How can I help people hold onto their dreams a little longer?
She was tired of seeing purposeful, passionate people with amazing ideas put their most important goals on hold, simply because they were overwhelmed as they struggled to cut through the noise of daily life and tasks. She wanted to see more people achieve their dreams and goals so they could fulfill their unique purpose on this earth.
Christine knew what it felt like to feel overwhelmed and to not be able to cut through the noise and achieve her goals. As a person who had undiagnosed ADHD most of her life, she understood what it felt like to have a million great ideas but to not be able to bring them to life. Sorting through the mess of daily life to get there felt impossible.
However, six years ago, Christine conducted an educated experiment and discovered a simple, yet neuroscience-based method to engage different parts of your brain while planning to boost your results. She discovered how to use visual thinking, mindfulness, and creative thinking could help you live on purpose, boost your productivity, and even reach your peak performance.
After a little testing, Christine curated the FIRST Creative Productivity Planner and launched Think Time on January 1, 2016.
