Get Quick Clarity With This 1 -2 Punch: Progressive Relaxation and The Dream Sheet

Our last lesson may have seemed a bit off-brand for me, since you know I prefer drawing to guided imagery.

However, this month, I am mixing it up a bit to show you a few different ways you can go about this goal-setting and dream achievement thing.

I still think drawing is the most powerful way to cut through the noise and achieve your goals, but I wanted you to see some of what lies behind it before we pulled it all together in today’s lesson.

Last time, we used a progressive relaxation strategy (remember the “glow”) followed by mentally contrasting your current state with your ideal envisioned state. If you missed that one, go back and do it first to provide some context for today’s lesson.

This time, I am going to show you my favorite quick and easy relaxation hack. I used this method 15 years ago when I led my patients recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI) through guided relaxation to promote their healing process. It’s still a favorite of mine today, and I can’t wait for you to learn it.

I am a big believer in building your abilities skill by skill, and today’s session is going to build on last week’s…but pull it all together in an even easier and more achievable method.

And, bonus! You get a fun new download to use any time you have an area of life you want to zero in on and create some lasting change.

Don’t let the busyness of life keep you from creating the life change you want. Start this lesson to get the skills you need to re-orient yourself to what matters most with science-backed methods that work.
